Humane Society Memberships Now Available to Area Businesses

The Humane Society of Portage County is now offering memberships to community-minded local businesses. These annual memberships are offered at three different levels: Silver Membership at $250.00, Gold Membership at $500.00, and Platinum Membership at $1,000.00.

Member businesses will not only have the satisfaction of knowing that they are contributing to the welfare of animals in our community, they will also receive recognition of their goodwill. Each business will be presented with a plaque that identifies them as a Humane Society member; the plaque will be updated annually. Businesses will also be recognized in our quarterly newsletter.

At any given time, the Humane Society is responsible for the health and well-being of over 200 homeless pets. Corporate membership donations will help to ensure that the agency can continue provide them with food, comfort and veterinary care. Business support will also further the agency’s goal of finding each and every one of them a loving home.
